The long-awaited follow-up to 2012's 'Who Will Save Us Now?', 'Dreams Of A Libertine' features four new songs from Graphic Fiction Heroes as well as the previously digital-only release 'Vicious Valentine'.

Recorded at several studios and utilising two producers, the EP is nevertheless a cohesive work which showcases the band's penchant for breezy melody and classic-sounding rock arrangements.

Chris Gibbs & The Transmission formed in 2014 upon the release of Chris' solo album 'Big Appetite'.

After experimenting with the line-up, the right balance was struck and the band began gigging on the West Australian music circuit.

'News of the Day' features five of the most popular tracks from 'Big Appetite', re-worked with additional parts (most notable live drums from Josh Gallagher) and a fresh new rocking mix.
